¹Choose the ISBF Member category if you are:

• • ISBF Lifetime Members
  • Members who have attended the last BioFab2024 conference (valid until Dec 31, 2025).
  • Members who have already paid the 2025 membership fee via the official ISBF website.
  • Membership ID will be required at the time of registration.
  • Membership status and number can be obtained by logging into the membership portal: https://biofabricationsociety.org/
  • To receive a special student registration link, the student must send a scanned copy of their student ID to the office’s email address.

Every attendee should be an ISBF member and need to register through the online registration system.

If you prefer to pay the membership fee directly to the ISBF, please register your membership on the ISBF website below first, and then register to ISBF 2025 conference as a member.

Please note that the registration category and Gala Dinner attendance cannot be changed once registered.

A mandatory condition for the final confirmation of the registration within the designated deadline is the payment of the required fee—pre-registration in the system alone does not complete the process.

Registered participants who fail to make the payment within the specified timeframe will incur an additional fee, equivalent to the rate applicable to those registering in the next pricing tier (e.g., from ‘early’ to ‘regular’, from ‘regular’ to ‘late’).

Students and PhD students are kindly requested to provide proof of their student status (e.g., a valid student ID or a support letter from their faculty). Please send this document via email to: info@biofabrication2025.org
Upon successful verification, you will receive a dedicated registration link.

Any registration payment after the 1st of September 2025  must be done by the credit card.

Delegate package includes:

• Coffee Breaks
• Only Non-member’s (or Non-Active ISBF Members) fee includes ISBF 2025 – ISBF 2026 Membership (valid from the end of the conference until Dec 31, 2026)

The Conference Dinner is not included in the delegate package and must be purchased separately.

The Conference Dinner ticket for an accompanying person must also be purchased separately.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

Banking details are provided on the invoice.  Please complete bank transfer within 10 days after registration.

Credit cards Mastercard & Visa are welcome. A payment link will be sent to you via the registration system.

Please note:

• payments should clearly state the participant’s name(s)
• all bank transfers should state clearly in the reference: Biofabrication 2025 and participant’s name/surname
• the invoices for registration will be issued and sent by Mazurkas Congress Management (Conference Secretariat)
• please notify us via e-mail if you need a proforma invoice to make prepayment
• all bank transfer amounts should include bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer are the responsibility of the participant.
